In this ASCT webinar, Dr. Anne Ruch, founder of the SewHope Foundation, share the story of SewHope and its work providing cervical cancer screening, treatment, education, and sustainable healthcare services to women in the Petén region of Guatemala. SewHope’s Women’s Health Program provides cervical cancer prevention and care to thousands of women each year through collaboration among nurses, cytologists, healthcare professionals, and community partners. The organization has also developed an on-site cytology laboratory and continues to create opportunities for cytology professionals to use their skills in meaningful global service.
